Under the strict premise of epidemic prevention and control, Meichen Industrial Group has fully resumed work and production. To ensure that both "epidemic prevention and lean production" are effectively managed without neglecting either, and to ensure that all work progresses simultaneously and safely in an orderly manner, on the morning of February 24, the group organized management personnel and technical professionals to conduct on-site inspections of the "lean production and epidemic prevention and control" situation in each manufacturing department of the factory.
More rigorous requirements have been proposed for the next steps in epidemic prevention and control work in each manufacturing department of the factory: First, strictly implement the responsibility system and enforce the factory's epidemic prevention and control methods and regulations; second, for external personnel, in addition to strictly controlling the entrance as the first line of defense, the reception departments within the factory, especially the planning and logistics department, must establish a solid second line of defense to ensure nothing goes wrong. Third, it is essential to promote self-protection among workers, comprehensively manage the work site, commuting routes, and home protection, prioritizing the safety and health of workers.
While inspecting epidemic prevention and control, the review team also checked and evaluated the production processes, production flows, planning logistics, personnel management, quality improvement, technological innovation, information technology, visual management, and board management in each manufacturing department, proposing more detailed requirements for the continuous improvement points of "people, machines, materials, methods, environment, and measurement" in the factory.
